Any losses arising from the following are not covered by this insurance
- Drought.
- Controllable diseases, weeds and/or controllable insect infestations.
- Crop failure- This insurance does not cover failure of the Crop to perform as a result of any cause.
- Loss or damage due to neglect, malpractice or failure to follow established good farming practices by the Insured or anybody else
- The burning of property by order of any public authority or subterranean fire.
- Arson of any kind.
- Malicious, wilful act or gross negligence of the Insured, his representatives or any employee.
- Consequential loss whether or not caused by a defined peril.
- Earth movement
